Shipping schedule

We ship to all countries serviced by USPS (United States Postal Service) Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that we are not able to ship the same day an order is placed. All packages are processed and shipped within 3-4 working days.

USA Shipping

Items are shipped through USPS. If the total weight of your order is less than one pound, your package will ship via First Class mail. This will take between 5 and 7 days to arrive. If your total weight is one pound or more, we'll ship via Priority mail, which is a 2- to 3-day delivery to most locations. Delivery confirmation is included with all orders. If you would like to track your package during shipment please contact us prior to placing your order and special arrangements can be made to include tracking information with your package.

International Shipping

Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. All packages are shipped by actual item weight with minimal price increments. Estimated delivery times depend on country but are typically 14 days. Please note this is only an ESTIMATED delivery time and there is no way to track a package or have a guarantee of arrival time. Due to customs regulations the delivery time to many countries may take up to 5 weeks.

In addition to First Class, Priority Mail International and Express Mail International are also offered at checkout. It is recommended you choose these options if you require your items to arrive within 7 days time and be fully insured. Please note, however, that in order to insure your package with these two shipping options the customs form attached must have an itemized record of the contents and price, thus increasing the duty taxes upon arrival.

Bigdoglittledog.net accepts Paypal payments for all orders. If you would like a separate method of payment please contact us directly at sales@bigdoglittledog.net to discuss options.

Returns

We are sure you'll love your Big Dog, Little Dog products, but if a defective item was inadvertently shipped we'll be glad to exchange it. Just email us for instructions.

If you receive your order and decide you simply don't want your product(s), you may ship the product(s) back for a refund minus a 15 percent restocking fee.
